Do 3D Fiber Lashes Really Work???
If you’ve been anywhere lately then you know everyone has been talking about fiber lashes.. I have searched for years for the right mascara, eyelash curlers, thickeners and anything I could find to make my lashes look fuller and longer. I seriously have the skimpiest shortest lashes ever. In the past I have even worn false eyelashes for certain events. Although, I always found the glue irritating and a pain to put on. So I was excited to finally be able to try the Mia Adora 3D fiber lashes
Mia Adora Fiber lashes claims to magnify your eyelashes in just 3 easy steps. Note: Applying your own mascara is not necessary, but if you do, apply it before starting steps 1-3. (I liked the results better when I used my favorite mascara before doing the steps.)
Step 1: Apply a generous coat of magnifying gel from base to top coat of lashes
Step 2: While lashes are still wet with magnifying gel apply Natural 3D fibers
Step 3: Wait about 20 seconds for fibers to dry and seal in place with magnifying gel.
1: This is me without any product (only eye-shadow and eyeliner)
2: I applied my favorite mascara and did steps 1-3 to one eye
3: Here is the finished look
(Here’s an actual pic of what the fibers actually look like up close.)
- Don’t pump the wand. This can cause drying out.
- Don’t apply the natural 3D fibers to close to eyeball & avoid putting the product around waterline
The first time I used this I was impressed with how easy it was. They say practice is key to this product, and though I didn’t have any problems applying it the first time, it did look better the more times I tried it. I like the fact that it’s natural and hypoallergenic. It didn’t irritate my eyes or leave a heavy feeling, even with all the steps and coats you have to apply.
The fibers can be a little messy, so just remember to apply your eye shadow and liner before you start step, and they easily wipe away. Also, I had a problem with it clumping a few times, but easily fixed it with an eyelash comb.To make your eyelashes even longer I also recommend using an eyelash curler before starting the steps. At the end of the day, or when you want to remove your makeup, all you do is apply warm water and wipe off. I did find it to come off rather easy.
So do they really work??? In my opinion, yes. It works better than any stand alone mascara I’ve tried. I would definitely buy this product again. It was easy to apply, wasn’t irritating, and made my skimpy short lashes fuller and longer. I haven’t tried any other fiber lash brands, so I really cant compare it to others, but I did like the way it made my eyelashes look. I’m anxious to try other brands, so I can see how this really stacks up.
Have you tried Mia Adora or any other brand of fiber lashes? What did you think???
I was provided this product for review purposes, however all opinions are my own
