As soon as I was aware of this product I knew it was something I had to try! I’m well overdue for a pedicure and this sounded just like what I needed!
Treat my feet was nice enough to send me this exfoliating foot peel, as well as offer a chance to 3 lucky winners on my blog a chance too!

Before I get started on my review, here’s a before pic of my feet, and then I must warn you it gets a little ugly from here. If other peoples feet make you a little sqeemish, or if you just want to enter the giveaway, then I suggest you scroll all the way to the bottom of this post really fast. 😉 I will admit I looked up others reviews before I even started, and some of the pics were pretty unpleasant to look at.
DAY 1
I decided to try out the foot peel late one night when I didn’t have much else planned. I followed the directions and applied the booties, and then just layed there and watched a little tv and played on my phone.
I did get up a couple times, and trust me when I say, if you plan on getting up at all during the 60-90 minutes, you are going to want to put a regular pair of socks over the booties. I made the mistake of jumping up once, with just the booties on, and they are very slippery. Also wearing a pair of regular socks over them will help the product absorb better.
While I was waiting on the booties to work their magic. I started reading other reviews of this product and ones similar, and looking at some of the gross before and after pics. Someone had mentioned to massage your feet while wearing the booties to really help it soak it, so I did that. Someone also had mentioned to not put any lotions or oils on your feet until the peeling is completely done.
After about 90 minutes I washed and rinsed my feet. I noticed my feet felt slightly smoother, but I couldn’t really tell much of a difference.
Day 2
The next day was pretty much the same, except my feet felt a little dry. I resisted the urge to apply any lotion, even though I really wanted to.
Day 3
This is the day when I started noticing a few slight changes. After soaking my feet, I noticed the skin start to crack slightly on the heel area on both feet.
Day 4 This is the day when things really started changing. After soaking my feet, the skin was really starting to peel. I think the key is to remember to soak your feet everyday.
The company recommends not to pick at the dry skin as it is peeling. You will also want to wear socks to bed for awhile, which was kind of a pain, but much better than having gross pieces of dead skin from your feet in your bed. 😉
You will probably also not want to wear sandals or flip flops, until the whole process is over, just to avoid shedding skin everywhere.
Day 5
I even had peeling between and on top of my toes. The top of my feet peeled slightly, but not near as much as on the bottom.
Day 6 Today is the 6th day and I still have a little peeling action going on, but my feet do feel much smoother, and they really are starting to feel baby soft!
This product retails for $19.99 on Amazon, which I would definitely be willing to pay. Especially when you consider the average price of a regular pedicure, and I got far better results with this product in the convenience of my own home.
