Natra Cure Cold Therapy Socks

Natra Cure Cold Therapy Socks are recommended for anyone who are on their feet alot, and have sore aching feet, or other chronic conditions, such as Plantar Fascia pain.

Included:
1 pair Nylon material Cold Socks
2 Full Length Gel Packs
2 Half Size Gel Packs

Directions: Chill in freezer or refrigerator for 2 hours then simply wear them for around 20 minutes. Do not walk or stand in them, so the packs do not bust. You can also use these for heat therapy by placing them in the microwave, but make sure to heat the gel packs with the accompanying sock. Do not heat the gel packs alone. You can heat in the microwave for 10 seconds on each side as not to exceed 40 seconds of total heating time.

I found the fleece inner lining of the socks very soft and comfortable. I like that you can customize them where you want the ice packs, such as the heel area or on top of the foot. The sock itself is also machine washable, although I have yet to do this since I’ve only used them a couple of times. They stayed cold for around 20 minutes just as suggested.

 I usually have quite a bit of pain in my heel area because I have such a high arch, and these worked great to soothe my feet at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend these to anyone experiencing foot, arch, or heel pain.
