My daughter and I have so much fun making these. Not only are they super cute and easy to make, they also make the whole house smell delicious!!
 

 

Homemade Cinnamon Ornaments
2 ingredient cinnamon ornaments.

Ingredients
  1. 3/4 cup applesauce
  2. 2 bottles ground cinnamon (2.3 oz each)
Other items needed
  1. cookie cutters
  2. plastic wrap
  3. drinking straw
  4. ribbon or twine
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix applesauce and cinnamon until small ball of dough is formed. Using about 1/4 the dough at a time, roll dough to about 1/3 inch thickness between two sheets of plastic wrap. Peel off top sheet of plastic wrap. Cut dough into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Make a hole at the top of the ornaments with the drinking straw. Place ornaments on baking sheet. Bake 2 1/2 hours. Insert ribbons through holes and hang as desired. Can also decorate using paint or markers if desired.
