Marshmallow Popcorn
I actually made this last year for the first time. It is so yummy, and surprisingly it doesn’t stick to your fingers as you would think. It’s perfect for this time of year, and I like to make it when we are all sitting around watching Christmas movies. This recipe makes quite a bit, so feel free to half the recipe if you want, but be warned..this goes pretty fast in my house. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 bags microwave popcorn popped with unpopped kernels removed
1 cup brown sugar
2 sticks of butter
16 oz bag of miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Pop popcorn in the microwave as directed. Empty into a bowl and remove any kernels. Melt butter in a pan over low heat, gradually add the brown sugar, and marshmallows stirring until melted. Pour over popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
