1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup of salt
2 cups of water
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 1/12 tablespoons cream of tartar
Directions: Stir all ingredients in medium saucepan over low heat until dough forms. Allow the dough to cool then knead the dough several times. If the consistency is too sticky, add a little flour until desired consistency is reached. Store in airtight containers.
Note: This is non-edible even though it smells delicious!
