Monkey Bread Recipe
This is a recipe that my sister shared with me several years ago and is one of my favorite’s. It’s super easy to make, and the kids also love it as a special treat!
Ingredients:
4 cans biscuits
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. butter or margarine
Directions:
Mix 3/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and nuts together. Cut biscuits into quarters and roll in sugar mixture. Place in greased Bundt pan.
In a saucepan combine 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup butter, and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Bring all ingredients to a boil.
Pour over biscuits and bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown in a 350-degree oven, Invert on serving platter and serve warm.
