Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts + Giveaway

If you’ve never heard of Manitoba Hemp Hearts, they are raw shelled hemp seed with a slightly nutty flavor similar to sunflower seeds or pine nuts. You can eat them straight out of the package or add them to yogurt, salads, smoothies and more.Hemp hearts contain 10% plant based protein and 10% omegas and more protein and omegas and fewer carbs than the same size serving of chia or flax. 

I will admit I don’t have the healthiest diet, but Manitoba Hemp Hearts make it super convenient to get a little-added protein and add more Omega into my diet. I usually sprinkle the hemp hearts on yogurt, but there are several other recipes you can incorporate them into.
