Italian Chicken with Red Potatoes & Green Beans- Crockpot Recipe

This is one of my favorite go-to quick and easy meals! All you need are a few ingredients; chicken breast, fresh green beans, red potatoes, a little water, some butter and Italian Seasoning Mix and you have a full meal!
Italian Chicken with Green Beans and Potatoes
Easy and delicious!
Cook Time 6 hours
Servings 4
Ingredients
- 4-5 Frozen Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/2 lb fresh green beans (ends trimmed)
- 7-8 red potatoes (cubed)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 packet dry italian seasoning packet (0.7 oz.)
- 1/2 stick butter (4 TBS)
Instructions

Place chicken to one side of the crockpot, place potatoes in the middle, and green beans to the other side of the crockpot.

Add water, sprinkle the Italian seasoning packet all over the top and top with pats of butter.

Cook on Low 6 hours
Add chicken, green beans, & red potatoes to crockpot. Then add water, place butter on top and sprinkle with Italian Seasoning Mix. It’s that easy!
Cook on LOW 6 Hours
