What’s Up Wednesday
What’s Up At Home?
Last week my oldest daughter lost her first tooth while at school. She lost it during lunch and was so excited to show me when she got home. She looked so cute!
I had to “Google” what the going price for the tooth fairy was these days. I don’t really remember when I was younger, but I’m sure it was something like a quarter. Our tooth fairy left $1.50 which I think is a pretty fair price. I read online of some parents giving up to $50 which I think is crazy!
My youngest is still cutting teeth, so I have one cutting teeth, and one losing teeth. 🙂
What’s Up On the Blog?
If you haven’t checked it out yet, I posted my first ever Stitch Fix review. I had so much fun trying everything on and loved seeing what my stylist picked out for me! Check it out and see what I kept, and what I sent back + a few awkward poses by yours truly. 🙂
I also featured my first guest post by Wendy who shared How to Make a DIY Candy Buffet. She shared some great tips for those planning a party.
If you would like to guest post, or know someone who would, you can read the requirements and fill out the form here. The main thing I ask is that it is family friendly.
The Mirai Face + Cleanser Giveaway also ends tomorrow at midnight so make sure to enter if you haven’t already. The next giveaway will be later in September by an amazing fragrance line.
Tomorrow I will also be posting my review of the Madison Reed Color Gloss. It’s different than the color I’ve tried from them in the past, and it’s designed to leave your hair shiny and more manageable. Check the pics out tomorrow and let me know what you think!
Also, be sure to check the blog in the next few days if you plan on taking advantage of any of the Labor Day Sales. I’ve been working on a post that has several of the hottest deals that should be posted on Friday.
Hope everyone has a great rest of the week and a fabulous Labor Day weekend!
