One of the most popular breakfasts at the moment is smashed avocado. Mash up half a ripe avocado with a fork. Add citrus juice, a little chili, salt and pepper, and put a poached egg on top for a delicious and nutritious feast. If you’re more a fan of sweet food, you can place banana slices on your whole wheat toast on top of a coating of peanut butter.
