Stitch Fix #2

I loved my last Stitch Fix so much I couldn’t wait to order another one! Being a busy mom with almost zero time to shop for myself I love the convenience from Stitch Fix. Not to mention, it’s pretty awesome to have a stylist pick out the clothes for you! Make sure also to check out what I received in My First Stitch Fix.
Just in case you are unfamiliar with Stitch Fix, it is a styling service that sends you clothes based on your profile which includes your likes and sizing. A stylist then picks out things you may like; you can also put in a special request and set up a Pinterest board to give your stylist inspiration of things you may like.
You can schedule a one-time fix or set it up to come at regular intervals. You pay a $20 styling fee, which you can deduct if you decide to purchase an item in the box, and you can also receive a 20% discount if you decide to keep everything.
Shipping is free both ways and includes a pre-paid bag to send the items you don’t want to keep back. You usually have around 3-4 days to decide.
Each Styling Box comes with personalized notes and style suggestions
Here’s what I received in my 2nd Stitch Fix
Papermoon Talulah Plaid Print Henley Blouse
I had originally asked for a flannel shirt. My stylist Kate, the same one I had last time, said they didn’t have any cozy flannels but thought I might like this one. While I love the look of this shirt, it was a little too short in the front for me.
Verdict: Sent back
Rune Porter Legging
These leggings fit me perfect and were really comfortable. However, I own several pairs of black leggings and couldn’t justify buying another pair.
Verdict: Sent back
Brixon Ivy Lawley Cable Knit Open Cardigan
This cable knit cardigan is super warm and cozy and has huge deep pockets which I love! I have literally worn this almost every day. It works great when I’m juggling the kids and taking my oldest daughter to the bus stop. I can seriously put toys, my phone, kleenex and whatever else in the pockets. It also looks super cute dressed up with leggings or skinny jeans!
Verdict: Kept!
Octavia Brooks Crossbody Bag
Oh, how I loved this cross body bag! I just wasn’t really in need of a new handbag at this point.
Verdict: Sent back
Lalia Jade Bowie Solid Dolman Sleeve Top
I love Dolman tops and this one fit super cute…it just wasn’t in my price range, especially with the holidays coming up.
Verdict: Sent back
My stylist suggested wearing the scarf I received in my last Stitch Fix with the Dolman Top from this box. I did like the way it looked together, but still decided to return the top.
Overall, I really liked the items that were included in this box. Some were just items I already had or a little out of my price range with the holidays coming up. I thought my stylist Kate did a great job and matched my style perfectly. I can’t wait to order my next fix, probably sometime after the holidays, when things slow down a bit.
