Speak To Your Partner
Make sure you and your partner have a satisfactory schedule set up, so you don’t feel like you’re taking the brunt of the work. You should both feel like you have an equal role in caring for your baby. If one feels like they’re losing out on more sleep than the other, it’ll lead to resentment.
Do Less
