DIY Gingerbread Body Lotion
If you’re still looking for a few last minute Christmas gifts, then why not mix up this DIY Gingerbread Body Lotion!
It goes perfectly with the DIY Gingerbread Scrub I made on the blog and is simple to make! Chances are, you already have most, if not all the ingredients in the house, so it will save you a trip to the store during the crazy shopping season!
The only thing you may not have is shea butter, which you can order on Amazon and have shipped in two days if you’re an Amazon Prime Member! I use the kind found here and also the coconut oil here also found on Amazon or at many of your local stores.
You can also print the Free Gingerbread Labels and/or use the free Made with Love tags here.
DIY Gingerbread Lotion
This lotion is super moisturizing and contains shea butter, coconut oil and smells just like yummy gingerbread.
*This recipe should make around 3 8 oz jars. I used the wide mouth mason jars found here on Amazon or you can use smaller jars or containers if you like.
I actually ended up using 2 of the 8 oz mason jars and 2 4 oz baby food jars, because I wanted to give two smaller gifts.
These make a great gift to give to a friend, the neighbors, or even the kid’s teacher at school You can also keep one for yourself, like I did! You could also add it to a gift basket with a loofah, or other bath items. They make a cute little gift set for the holidays!
Be sure to also check out how to make the Gingerbread Scrub that also includes free matching printable tags!
