Valentine’s Day Popcorn
I just love the sweet and salty combination of popcorn and chocolate!
The kids and I made this over the weekend and had a fun movie night. I gave them each their own little bowl, so there was no fighting, and they all sat quietly eating their popcorn and watching the movie (well for at least 20 minutes or so) 😉
This popcorn would also be cute in treat bags for Valentine’s Day!
Valentine's Day Popcorn
Sweet and salty popcorn with a Valentine's Day theme!
Ingredients
- 12 oz bag vanilla baking chips
- 2 microwave bags popcorn (popped)
- 1 (11.4 oz) bag Valentine's Day Themed M&M's (slightly crushed)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions

Cook popcorn in microwave according to directions and set aside in large bowl. (remove uncooked kernels)

Melt vanilla baking chips in microwave at 3o second intervals until thoroughly melted.

Pour melted vanilla chips over popcorn and stir to coat the popcorn.

Add M&M's to ziplock back and crush. (do not completely crush all of them, I left several intact) and add M7Ms to the popcorn.

Add 1 cup of marshmallows to the popcorn mixture and Valentine's Day themed sprinkles on top as desired.
