Crockpot Beef Stew
I just love a good old-fashioned beef stew, especially when the weather is cold. I could seriously just stay in my warm pajamas and eat bowls of it all day!
This isn’t as fast as some of my other dump and go crockpot recipes. it does take a little prep work, mostly just quite a bit of chopping, but I promise it is well worth it!

Gather all your ingredients. trust me, it’s easier this way than going back and forth to the cabinets and refrigerator.
I like to chop all the vegetables first to get that out of the way. The garlic isn’t pictured because I used pre-minced garlic in a jar, but feel free to use fresh or refrigerated, whatever floats your boat.
Place meat in the crockpot. In small bowl, mix together flour, salt and pepper.
Pour Au Jus packet over meat and pour the flour mixture on top. Stir to coat.
Stir in the onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
In 6 hours you will have a delicious old-fashioned beef stew made in the crockpot. Yum!
