Easy DIY Plastic Bag Dispenser
Are you like me and have a million plastic bags? In our last house, I had a whole drawer dedicated to just plastic bags taking up precious space!
Since we moved to our new house, I’ve decided to be a bit more organized, and have been working on making the most out of each space. No five random junk drawers in this house!
I decided to make an easy plastic bag dispenser using an empty Clorox wipes container. Not only is it super easy, it keeps the plastic bags nice and tidy, and doesn’t take up much space!
I put ours under the kitchen sink cabinet, so much better than a full drawer for plastic bags! I also made one to keep in the car. It will be great to have on hand to keep trash off the floor.
Plastic Bag Dispenser
If you really want to get crafty, you can make a cute label, or even cover the container with a fabric or contact paper. I left one container plain and I covered the other container with contact paper found here.
If you’ve never used contact paper before, it is super easy..you just cut it to fit, peel and stick! It comes in many different colors and patterns and you can use it on just about anything. I’ve used it to decorate a shelf, brighten up plain office accessories, and now for this DIY Plastic Bag Container! It’s actually pretty fun and easy to use!
Supplies:
- 7 x 8 empty disinfecting wipes container

2. overlap the handles on the top of the previous bag. Do this for the rest of all the bags.
3. Fold the first bag handle upward and tightly roll up the bags and insert them into the wipes container.
4. Apply contact paper to the outside of the container.
