DIY Mint Foot Scrub with Free Printable Labels
Who doesn’t love a good foot scrub? This DIY Mint Foot Scrub will leave your feet minty fresh and silky smooth! Not to mention, it only takes a few ingredients, Epsom salt, coconut oil, and peppermint essential oil and takes less than 10 minutes to whip up.
What’s in the mint scrub?
Epsom Salt when absolved in the skin, replenishes levels of magnesium and also helps produce serotonin for a calm and relaxed feeling.
Coconut Oil Helps moisturize the skin and is also naturally antibacterial and antifungal.
Peppermint Essential Oil Helps to relieve muscle and joint pain as well as having a soothing and fresh scent.
The fresh mint leaves are optional, but gives it a nice look and fresh scent. I have tons of fresh mint in my garden this time of year, but if you don’t have fresh mint or making this later in the year, you can also find it at your local grocery store.

DIY Mint Foot Scrub
Fresh mint scented foot scrub. Great for gift giving too!
Ingredients
- 2 cups epsom salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 10-20 drops peppermint essential oil
- fresh mint (optional)
Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl mix together Epsom salt, coconut oil, and peppermint essential oil drops.

Chop 4-5 mint leaves into small pieces (if using) and gently stir into the mixture.

store in an airtight container away from moisture.

To use: Apply to clean damp feet in a circular motion to exfoliate and moisturize. Rinse and pat dry.
