Slow Cooker Ranch Mushrooms
Don’t forget to pin it above!
Growing up I didn’t like mushrooms. I’m not sure if it was just me being stubborn, or I really didn’t like them, but I remember snubbing my nose at them.
Now I can’t get enough of them! I love them in scrambled eggs, in stroganoff, in salads, and I absolutely love grilled portabella mushrooms! It’s funny how your tastes change as you get older, or in my case, maybe I’m not as stubborn. 🙂
What I love about these ranch mushrooms are you only need 3 ingredients including the mushrooms, and they are easily made in the crockpot!
They are packed with flavor and go great with just about anything. You can serve them as an appetizer or a side to go along with steak, roast or really anything! Even if you’re not one who usually likes mushrooms, you should try these!
