Crock Pot Pot Pie
Pot Pies are the perfect comfort food! As a kid, I enjoyed frozen pot pies. My favorite was the chicken pot pie, I liked it baked in the oven, but if I was really hungry the microwave would do in a pinch.
This crockpot pot pie is way better than those old frozen pot pies you buy at the store, but just as easy to make!
All you need to throw together this comforting pot pie is mixed vegetables, a few potatoes, frozen chicken breast, milk, and cream of chicken soup.
This chicken pot pie is the perfect comfort food and great for chilly or cold nights. I like to make cheese biscuits made with Bisquick to serve on top, but feel free to make your own, or buy biscuits or crescent rolls in the can.
