Fresh Strawberry Pie
This strawberry pie is super easy to make and to die for! It’s great to take to potlucks, cookouts, or just as a special treat during the week.

Strawberry Pie
Fresh strawberry pie made with strawberry jello gelatin.
Ingredients
- 3 cups strawberries (rinsed and sliced)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 TBSP cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 3 oz package strawberry jello gelatin
- whipped cream optional
Instructions

Bake refrigerated pie crust according to package and let cool.

In a small saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil about 3 minutes until thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in strawberry gelatin until dissolved. Remove from heat. Refrigerate the mixture 20 minutes.

Slice strawberries and arrange in the cooked pie shell.

Remove the gelatin mixture from the refrigerator and pour over the berries

Refrigerate the pie 1 hour or longer

Top with whipped cream if desired and serve.
