Sunsella Bento Style Lunch Boxes
I recently was offered a chance to try these Bento Style lunch boxes by Sunsella. They come in a pack of 4, and I received the colors, Red, Blue, Orange, and Green. This one has 3 separate compartments. They are BPA free, and microwave and dishwasher safe. They are also stackable.
I’ve always liked the Bento Style boxes. You can add all your food into one container, so there’s no need to use up several containers at once, and it keeps all your food from touching. The lids on these are not leak proof, but they do snap securely.
I like these to use for my toddler and preschooler. I can offer them a variety of different things, and it’s just right for their proportions. I can also snap the lid back on and put it in the fridge for later if they decide to not eat everything. I think these would also work great for someone to take their lunch to work in, or for kids to take to school.
Even though my girls aren’t in school yet,I love looking at Pinterest to see what some of the super crafty mamas make for their kids to take to school in these type of boxes. Some of them are really cute, and some are insane, and look like they take hours to make! Where do they find the time? My kids will be lucky to get a sandwich cut into the shape of a star, and maybe a cute note occasionally. 😉
Anyways, besides for food you could also use these to hold craft items or other supplies. These would also be great to bring along for road trips. Each person could have their own color coded box, with their own snacks to take along. These are also better for the environment than those plastic sandwich type baggies.
They are currently $13.99 on Amazon, which I think is a great deal. You can also check out these and other great products at www.sunsella.com
We have been using ours for a couple weeks now and have found them to be super useful and durable.
