Crock-Pot Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels

sweet, salty, and crunchy.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 16 oz. pretzels ( I used butter snaps, but can use any variety)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl whisk together egg whites and vanilla until frothy.
  3. Place pretzels in a large bowl and pour over egg white mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over pretzels until well coated.
  5. Pour water in the bottom of the crockpot and add pretzels. Cook on LOW 3 hours, stirring every 20-30 minutes.
  6. When cooking time is up, spread on a cookie sheet or silicone baking mat to let cool.

  7. Enjoy as they are, or put in airtight mason jars or containers
