Crockpot Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 4 cups pecans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In medium sized bowl mix egg white and vanilla. Whisk together until frothy.

  2. Add in the pecans and stir to coat with egg white and vanilla mixture

  3. Add in sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon and gently stir to coat.

  4. Add the pecan mixture to the crockpot

  5. Cook on LOW for 3 hours stirring every hour. 

  6. Add water the last hour of cooking time

  7. When finished, spread on cookie sheet to cool.
