DIY Mint Foot Soak

Refreshing and cooling mint foot soak with free printable labels. Great for gift giving!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Epsom salt
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 5-10 drops peppermint essential oil
  • fresh mint leaves (optional) I used a total of 5 mint leaves chopped finely.

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl mix all ingredients and transfer to jars.

  2. Store in airtight containers away from moisture.

  3. To Use: Place approximately 1/4 cup foot soak in a warm water basin. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes to soothe and refresh tired aching feet.
