Crock Pot Pot Pie

Comforting pot pie made in the crockpot

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breast (I use frozen)
  • 1-1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 small onion (chopped)
  • 3 potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the crockpot and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours

  2. After 6-8 hours remove the chicken and shred. Add the shredded chicken back into the crockpot and stir to combine.

  3. Serve with biscuits or crescent rolls on top.
