Spinach Dip

Classic spinach dip in a sweet Hawaiian bread bowl

Ingredients

  • 1- box (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach (cooked)
  • 1- 16 oz container sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package KnorrĀ® vegetable recipe mix
  • 3 green onions, chopped (optional)
  • 1 round loaf Hawaiian bread

Instructions

  1. Cook the spinach according to the package. Let the spinach cool and squeeze dry getting as much of the water and moisture out as possible.

  2. In a medium sized bowl mix together the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, vegetable mix, and green onions. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

  3. Hollow out the Hawaiian bread leaving at least a 2-inch wall around.

  4. Once the spinach dip has chilled 2-3 hours transfer it to the hollowed out bread bowl. Can serve with vegetables, tortilla chips, or pieces of the bread bowl.
