Last month I reviewed the Simply Earth February Essential Oil Recipe Box on the blog. (here) Simply Earth includes 3-4 essential oils, recipe cards, and extras such as fractionated coconut oil and bottles and rollerballs needed to make the recipes for only $39.
One of the items I received in the box was items to make Shower Disk Pick Me Up. I was really excited to try them because they are similar to the Cold & Flu Shower Steamers I make. They work great for cold and flu symptoms, sinus issues, or just a refreshing pick me up to help wake up in the morning!
Shower disks are similar to bath bombs except you use them in the shower. You simply place the disk near the drain in the shower and enjoy the aromatherapy mixed with the warm steamy water from the shower.
All of the items used to make the Pick Me Up Shower Disk were included in the February 2018 Simply Earth Recipe Box, however, you can also purchase the items separately below.
100% Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil
Lemon, Ravensara, and Defender Essential Oils
