No Bake Cookies
Do you have a favorite cookie recipe? No bake cookies have been a favorite of mine since I was little. They are easy to make and perfect for those chocolate cravings!
Almost everyone I know has a recipe for no bake cookies. However, if you’re looking for a new recipe, or maybe haven’t tried them before…GASP… then this recipe makes the perfect classic no bake cookies.
This recipe will make approximately 20-30 cookies depending on the size scoop you use.
No Bake Cookies
Classic no bake cookies made with cocoa, creamy peanut butter, vanilla, and oats.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (cut into chunks)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
Instructions

Place butter, sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and milk in a medium sized saucepan and bring to a rolling boil stirring frequently. Allow to boil for 60 seconds and then remove from heat.

Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and oats until well combined and melted.

Drop by spoonfulls on waxed paper or a silicone baking sheet. Allow to cool and to set up 30-45 minutes.
