Crockpot Garlic Chicken with Vegetables

delicious butter garlic and herb chicken with vegetables

Cook Time 6 hours

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breast (can use frozen)
  • 1 1b bag baby carrots
  • 1.5 lbs Yukon gold potatoes (cut in quarters)
  • 1 tbsp garlic (can use fresh or in a jar)
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Add chicken breast to the center of the crockpot, and then place carrots on one side and the potatoes on the other side of the chicken breast.

  2. Add garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, garlic salt and pepper to the top of the chicken and vegetables. 

  3. Cut up butter and place pats of butter on top of chicken and vegetables

  4. Cook on low 6-8 HOURS
