Garlic Chicken with Vegetables
If you’re looking for a delicious meal in one, that you can dump in the crockpot, then you have to try this Crockpot Garlic Chicken with Vegetables!
The buttery garlic sauce and herbs are the perfect combination. You can cook this on low for 6-8 hours or if you’re in more of a hurry you can crank up the crockpot to high and have it ready in about 4!
Crockpot Garlic Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast (can use frozen)
- 1 1b bag baby carrots
- 1.5 lbs Yukon gold potatoes (cut in quarters)
- 1 tbsp garlic (can use fresh or in a jar)
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 stick butter
Instructions

Add chicken breast to the center of the crockpot, and then place carrots on one side and the potatoes on the other side of the chicken breast.

Add garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, garlic salt and pepper to the top of the chicken and vegetables.

Cut up butter and place pats of butter on top of chicken and vegetables

Cook on low 6-8 HOURS
