Crockpot Corned Beef

Traditional corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes with a shortcut!

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 4 medium potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lb corned beef deli meat (cut into 1-2 inch slices)
  • 1/2 small cabbage (cut into wedges)
  • 1 tsp cavenders season (can use other seasoning salt as preferred)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Add sliced onions, cubed potatoes, and water to the bottom of the crockpot.

  2. Next, add the sliced corned beef and layer the cabbage wedges on top.

  3. add the cavenders seasoning (or your choice), pepper and cumin on top.

  4. Cook on low 6 hours stirring halfway through to make sure cabbage is covered.
