Crockpot Corned Beef and Potatoes
In honor of St. Patricks Day coming up, I decided to make this crockpot corned beef with cabbage recipe. I mean what’s more Irish than traditional corned beef and cabbage..oh, and I decided to throw in some potatoes too!
You don’t have to wait for St Patricks Day to make this though, it’s good anytime! It’s also super easy to make and convenient because I used a shortcut with corned beef deli meat. You could also use regular corned beef the same amount of cooking time, and it should also turn out fine.
