In a medium-sized bowl or tray mix glue with water with a 50:50 ratio

Soak the yarn in the water and glue mixture.

blow up a small round balloon.

Start wrapping the glued yarn around the balloon. There is no specific way to wrap it just randomly start wrapping it around.

After the whole balloon is covered, tuck the end of the string under another piece of the yarn.

Allow the glue to dry at least 24 hours and possibly up to 3-4 days.

Once the glue is dry, pop the balloon and remove the balloon from the yarn.

Allow it thoroughly dry another 3-4 hours before using them for decoration
