Crockpot Pumpkin Butter

Easy pumpkin butter made in the slow cooker. Can use on biscuits, ice cream and more. Also, makes a great gift!

Ingredients

  • (2) 15 oz cans pumpkin
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 ½  cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½  tsp ginger
  • ½  tsp nutmeg
  • ¼  tsp cloves

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 5 hours stirring occasionally.

  2. Spoon pumpkin butter into tightly closed jars and place in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or the freezer for up to three months
