Crockpot Taco Spaghetti
Tacos and spaghetti? Yes, please!
This Taco Spaghetti recipe is similar to the Crockpot Chickenetti I make, but includes a packet of taco seasoning mix and a few other ingredients to kick it up a notch.
Crockpot Taco Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1.25 oz. packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 med sized onion diced
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles uncooked
- 10 oz Rotel® Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies I used mild, but can use original, or hot depending on your preference.
- 10 oz Velveeta cheese spread cut into cubes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups water
Instructions

Brown ground beef with taco seasoning mix and onion. Drain

Add uncooked spaghetti noodles, rotel, Velveeta, shredded cheese and water to crockpot..

Add ground beef with taco seasoning and onion to the crockpot and mix together.

Cook on LOW 3-4 hours. Add more water as needed while cooking.
