How to Make Dandelion Salve
A few weeks ago I shared how to make dandelion oil and ways to use it. It’s really a simple process that includes picking wild dandelions, and simply letting them extract in a carrier oil for a few weeks and then straining the oil.
Dandelions have all sorts of health benefits and are known for anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties.
The dandelion oil I made is great to rub on sore muscles and achy joints, but some prefer the convenience of a salve to the oil.
To make this salve you will still first need to make the oil (see the instructions here) once you have made your oil, simply follow the directions below to make your salve.
This dandelion salve is great for aches, pains, and dry chapped skin. It also makes a great homemade gift for loved ones. Be sure to also print out the free labels below!
