Crockpot White Hot Chocolate
I’m not ashamed to admit, I have a slight hot chocolate obsession. Lately, I’ve been drinking a cup almost every night!
I make my own mix using the recipe here, or buy the powder mix at the store when I run out. If we have a cold snow day I also like to make a huge batch in the crockpot to keep warm all day.
This White Hot Chocolate is similar to the regular hot chocolate I make in the crockpot, but has white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk for a smoother, creamier taste.
I like to top mine with lots of whip cream, while my daughter tops hers with mini marshmallows.
It may not be the healthiest treat, but it sure is delicious especially on cold days and nights!
