Crockpot Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls
Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls
I just love stuffed cabbage rolls! The mixture of cabbage, tomatoes, ground beef, and rice in a tomato based sauce is the perfect comfort food! However, I really dislike how time-consuming they are.
Here’s an easier and less time-consuming way to get all of the flavors of traditional stuffed cabbage rolls without all the fuss! Just add all the ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours and you will have the perfect comfort food!
*If you find that it becomes a little dry during cooking, just add in a little more beef broth.

Yeah I make this a lot because I can get free shredded cabbage from work (they throw it out otherwise)
I would do the same! It’s so yummy! 🙂
